      FVWC practices begin on Tuesday November 3, 2009, and go Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm, until March 15, 2010. Practice is also on Saturdays from 7:30-9:00 am during the same period of time. No practices on 11/26, 11/28, 12/24, 12/26, 12/31, 1/16, and 2/20. at 6:30 pm
